Our fully managed service includes everything you need to protect you, your property and your tenant/contract holder. As well as finding someone suitable, we will handle everything from deposits and rent to safety checks, repairs and maintenance. We make your property work for you.
If you prefer a more hands-on approach, our let only package will see you through from valuation and viewings to background checks and security deposits. We then have a range of additional services you can add on, so you choose exactly what you want to handle.
Our packages come with everything you need to stay compliant at every stage of the letting process. This includes registering the security deposit and arranging both your Energy Performance Certificate and Gas Safety Certificate. In addition, we can assist with any other maintenance requirements and the requirements of Rent Smart Wales for our Welsh properties.
